Raw: the median gap, in years, between this work and the works it directly influenced. Normalised: that median divided by the work's own age, so old and recent works can be compared. Closer to 1 means its influence is still landing on new work rather than only on its own generation.

The same gap measured over chains of up to 2 connections: works influenced by the works this one influenced. Growing further than the direct figure means the influence kept propagating instead of stopping at the first generation.

How contested a work's connections are: the balance of support against report votes, as a binary Shannon entropy from 0 to 1. Only APPROVED connections count, and a work needs both kinds of vote to score above 0, because unanimous agreement is entropy 0 by definition.
